子宫内膜癌治疗后性生活质量分析

Analysis of quality of sexual life in patients with endometrial cancer after treatment

目的总结子宫内膜癌患者治疗后性生活质量的影响因素,寻求提高子宫内膜癌患者治疗后性生活质量的有效途径。方法采用多元逐步回归分析法分析102例患者的女性性功能指标量表(FSFI)结果。结果影响患者性欲望减退的因素主要为年龄;影响患者阴道润滑度降低的因素为年龄、临床分期、文化程度、治疗结束时间;影响患者性兴奋低下的的因素为年龄、治疗结束时间、文化程度;影响患者性高潮的因素为年龄、结束治疗时间;影响患者性生活疼痛的因素为年龄、临床分期;影响性生活满意度的因素为年龄、治疗结束时间。结论在治疗前对患者进行必要的性教育和性咨询,随时观察患者的心理反应,手术中尽可能保证性器官以及性功能的完整性,必要时应进行阴道重建。

Objective To summarize the factors of influencing the quality of sexual life in patients with endometrial cancer after treatment, and seek the effective way to improve the quality of sexual life after treatment. Methods The female sexual function index scale （FSFI） results of 102 patients were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression. Results The age was a factor for influencing sexual desire; the age, clinical stage, education and end of treatment were factors for influencing vagi- nal lubrication; the age, education and end of treatment were factors for influencing sexual arousal lower; the age and end of treatment were factors for influencing orgasm; the age and clinical stage were factors for influencing sexual pain; the age and end of treatment were factors for influencing sexual satisfaction. Conclusion Give patients with endometrial cancer an necessary sex education and sexual counseling before treatment, observe the psychological reactions at any time, and guarantee the integrity of the sexual organs and sexual function as far as possible, if necessary for vaginal reconstruction.
