盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride in treatment of preterm delivery

目的探讨盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的临床效果。方法选择本院2009年6月～2011年9月收治的80例先兆早产孕妇,并随机分成对照组与观察组进行治疗观察,其中,对照组40例进行硫酸镁治疗,观察组40例进行盐酸利托君治疗,对两组治疗效果进行分析。结果数据显示,观察组显效时间快,孕妇孕周延长时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且胎儿存活率较高。结论盐酸利托君(安宝)能够有效抑制早产孕妇子宫收缩,延长孕周时间,胎儿成活率高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride in treatment of preterm delivery. Methods Eighty cases of preterm delivery women were received in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases of control group were given magnesium sulfate treatment, 40 cases of observation group were given ritodrine hydrochloride treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The data showed that the onset time of observation group was faster than that of control group, and the gestational age extension time of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）, and fetal survival rate was higher. Conclusion Ritodrine hydroehloride （Amber） can effectively inhibit preterm uterine contractions, extend the gestational age time, and fetal survival rate is high.
