摘要
目的探讨电化学发光法(ECLIA)和酶联免疫吸附实验法(ELISA)检测乙肝表面抗体的结果差异。方法选取沈阳医学院奉天医院2011年8~11月门诊和住院部送检的HBsAb为阳性的血液标本536份,分别进行ECLIA法和ELISA法进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 ECLIA检测HBsAb在10~50IU/L时,ELISA的阳性率只有6.62%,说明ELISA方法的灵敏度不如电化学发光法高。与电化学发光法比较,ELISA方法的敏感性为41.24%,特异性为98.04%,符合率为46.64%,阳性预测值为99.50%,阴性预测值为12.99%。结论在临床常规检测标本中,电化学发光法和ELISA法检测结果相似,但电化学发光法的灵敏度高于ELISA法。电化学发光法检测HBsAb对乙肝疫苗接种是否成功是非常有意义的。
Objective To analyze the differences of HBsAb detection between electrochemiluminescencescence assay (ECLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Methods Five hundred and thirty six HBsAb positive blood samples of out-patient and in-patient from August 2011 to November 2011 in Fengtian Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College were detected by ELCIA and ELISA respectively, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results In this experiment, when ELCIA on HBsAb were 10-50 IU/L, the positive rate of ELISA was only 6.62%, so the accurate of ELCIA was higher than that of EL1SA. Compared to ECLIA, the accuracy, specificity, accordance rate, positive preditive value and negative predictive value of ELISA were 41.24%, 98.04%, 46.64%, 99.50%, 12.99% respectively, Conclusion The results of HBsAb detection by ELCIA and ELISA are similar in clinical specimens. But the accurate of ELCIA on HB- sAb is higher than that of ELISA. It is significant to detect HBsAb by ELCIA for the response of hepatitis B vaccine,
