CT在胃肠道肿瘤诊断中的价值分析

Diagnostic value analysis of CT on gastrointestinal tumor

目的探讨CT对胃肠道肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年1月54例经手术病理验证的胃肠道肿瘤患者的CT表现。结果胃癌,表现为胃壁增厚、黏膜破坏,有不规则肿块;腺癌,肿块密度不均匀,边界不清楚,4例出现局限性肠管狭窄;胃肠道外间质瘤,有17例的CT表现为圆形或类圆形肿块,边界相对较清,另有6例为不规则形;平滑肌瘤,为圆形或类圆形肿块;平滑肌肉瘤,为不规则形肿块;淋巴瘤,CT可见溃疡样改变,肠壁增厚,边界较清,密度较均匀;神经纤维瘤,均发生于胃部;脂肪瘤,表现为与胃壁关系密切的脂肪密度肿块。结论 CT对胃肠道肿瘤的诊断价值较大。

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of CT on gastrointestinal tumor. Methods CT performance of 54 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor patients proved by operation and pathological validation in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three cases of gastric cancer showed thickening of gastric wall, mucosal destruction, irregular masses; 7 cases of adenocarcinoma showed inhomogeneous density, the border is not clear, there were 4 cases appeared limitation bowel stricture; 23 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor, there were 17 cases of CT showed a round mass, clear boundary relative, the other 6 cases are irregular in shape; 11 cases of leiomyoma, as round or ovoid mass; leiomyosarcoma were found in 2 cases, irregular mass; 5 cases of lymphoma, CT showed visible ulcer like change, bowel wall thickening, border is clear, uniform density; 2 cases of neurofibroma, occurred in stomach; ! cases of lipoma, as with the parietal close fat density mass. Conclusion CT has a certain diagnostic value for gastrointestinal tumor.
