就业指导教育从理清生活次序开始

Career guidance education begins at sorting out the order of life

为了提高医学类高职高专毕业生的就业率,各学校为在校生开展了不同形式,以就业、创业为主题的培训。根据课后调研了解,学生对此类培训抱有很大兴趣,但收效不一。笔者在多年的摸索中体会到,针对不同年级、不同层次的在校大学生就业培训,把理清现阶段的生活、学习次序摆在首位进行就业指导,更具针对性,收效更满意。

In order to improve the employment rate of the medical college graduates, types of college carry out different forms of training about the theme of employment and entrepreneurship. According to after-school research, students have great interest in such training. But the effect is a mixed reaction. From the years of exploration, researcher appreciates that it is more targeted that in the employment training of different grades and different levels of college students, sort out the order of life and learning at the stage in the first place. At the same time, the effect is more satisfactory.
