摘要
本文在总结台湾长庚医院开展预约挂号基本经验的基础上,结合我国内地预约挂号的现状及原因分析,从预约挂号率、准时开诊率、准时到诊率、平均等候时间和爽约率等方面阐述了相应的启示。
This paper summarizes the experience of appointment and studies the status and reasons of appointment registration in perspectives of appointment registration rate, clinic rate on time, time and the rate of non-attendance at clinic. registration in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, China.
