心血通对冠心病患者球结膜微循环及血液流变性的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Xinxuetong on Bulbar Conjunctival Microcirculation and Hemorrheology in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的和方法静脉滴注心血通注射液治疗冠心病患者42例 ,观察治疗前后球结膜微循环 ,血液流变性的变化 ,以评价其临床疗效。结果治疗后球结膜微循环明显改善、微动脉管径增宽、缺血区减少、血流速度增加、红细胞聚集减轻 ,较治疗前形态与流态积分值下降(P均<0.01)。红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度、全血粘度(低切值)较用药前改善(P均<0.05)。同时 ,患者心前区疼痛等症状、心电图、心功能、肾功能均明显好转 ,总有效率90.5 %。结论心血通可明显改善冠心病患者的微循环障碍和血粘度 ,从而缓解心绞痛 ,减轻心脏前、后负荷 。 Objective and Methods 42 cases with coronary heart disease (CHD)were treated using Xinxuetong. The bulbar conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) and hemorrheology were observed before and after treatment for evaluating therapeutic effects. Result BCM was improved after treatment:Arterioles were dilated. Ischemic areas were decreased. The blood flow rate was increased and the red blood cell aggregation was reduced. The score values of state and flow dropped significantly after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01). In the hemorrheology erythrocyte aggregation index、plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity at low shear rate were improved significantly after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05). At the same time, all symptoms、electrocardiograms、heart fumction and renal function of patients were improved after treatment. The total effective rate was 90.5%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xinxuetong on patients with CHD with the obvious microcirculation disturbance and abnormal hemorrheology was apparent. thus, lessening angina pectoris、reducing load of heart and improving renal function.
