成人髋关节发育不良的全髋关节置换治疗分析

Total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of adult hip dysplasia

目的探讨全髋关节置换治疗成人髋关节发育不良的效果。方法本科2004年7月～2011年12月对23例25髋成人发育性髋关节发育不良患者应用全髋关节置换治疗,男9例,女14例,年龄27～63岁,Hartofilakidis分期Ⅰ期9髋,Ⅱ期13髋,Ⅲ期3髋。Harris髋关节功能评分为21～60分,平均38分。结果本组病例切口均一期愈合,随访6～36个月,平均13个月,疼痛均消失,末次随访关节Harris评分为81～89分,平均86分,较前提高48分,无感染及血管损伤、脱位、深静脉血栓形成。结论全髋关节置换治疗成人发育性髋关节发育不良效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of adult hip dysplasia. Methods Twenty-five hips of 23 adults with developmental hip dysplasia from July 2004 to December 2011 were treated with total hip arthroplasty. There were 9 cases of male, 14 cases of female, aged from 27 to 63 years old, and 9 hips of Hartofilakidis stage I , 13 hips of stage II, 3 hips of stage III. Harris hip score was 21 to 60 points, with 38 points on average. Results The incision of cases in the group were all healed. After following up visited for 6-36 months, with 13 months on average, the pain disappeared. At the last follow-up visit, Harris scores were 81 to 89 points, 86 points on average, with 48 points increasing than before. There were no infection, vascular damage, dislocation and deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty has a good effect in the treatment of adult developmental hip dysplasia.
