水电站孤岛运行双极闭锁发生时系统频率稳定方法 被引量:1

System Frequency Stability Method of Hydropower Islanding Operation During Occurrence of Bipolar Latching

摘要 通过对小湾水电站孤岛运行方式下双极闭锁的试验研究,分析了孤岛运行发生双极闭锁对水电厂系统频率的影响。提出了直流双极闭锁后采取切换调速器控制参数及策略稳定孤岛系统频率的方法。模拟试验结果表明,在直流双极闭锁发生时,该方法能够保持发电机组空载运行,将孤岛系统的频率稳定在基频50Hz左右。 According to test study on bipolar latching under island operation mode of Xiaowan hydropower station, the influence of bipolar latching during island operation on hydropower plant system frequency is analyzed. Methods of adopting switching control parameters and strategy of speed governor to stabilize islanding system fi'equency is proposed. The simulation test results show that when direct-current bipolar latching is generated, the method is able to maintain the no-load operation of the generator set, the frequency of the islanding system can be stabilized around baseband 50Hz.
