摘要
风能作为可再生能源已得到世界各国的极大重视。风洞试验是研究新型垂直轴风轮气动性能的重要手段,由于专用大型风洞设备占地面积大、费用高等原因,不利于进行新型垂直轴风轮性能的研究。对一种简捷型风洞试验装置进行了研发,确立了开口直流式风洞的总体气动结构,并对其动力段、扩散段、整流段及收缩段的性能进行了设计计算,搭建了风轮试验台。通过对垂直轴三戟风轮性能参数进行试验分析,分析结果表明:这种试验装置可以实现风速在0.5~15.0 m/s范围内的调速,且结构简单、制造方便、成本低,为风轮特性的初步研究提供了一个良好的试验平台。
Wind energy has attracted great attentions all over the world as a renewable energy.Wind tunnel test is an important method for research on aerodynamic performance of new type of vertical axis wind turbine.Because of big floor space and high cost for large special wind tunnel equipments,it is difficult to research the performance of wind rotor.A type of simple wind tunnel test equipment was researched and developed.Overall pneumatic structure was defined as opening straight-flow wind tunnel.The performances of the power section,diffusing section,rectification section and contraction section were calculated.And an integrated test unit was established.Performance of a novel three-hastate vertical axis wind rotor was tested and analyzed by using the designed wind tunnel test equipment.The results show that the test equipment is able to get a variable transmission of the wind speed within 0.5~15.0 m/s,and has advantages such as simple structure,convenience to manufacture,and low cost.A good test platform can be provided for the preliminary research on wind rotor characteristics.
