摘要 采用自制流化床光催化氧化装置进行了微污染饮用水净化试验,装置分为配水区、反应区、紫外光源和固液分离器4部分。试验结果表明流化床光催化氧化反应器对CODMn,UV254和2,4-二氯苯酚的去除效果明显。CODMn去除率受进水浓度影响较大。初始CODMn较高时,其去除率相对较高;而CODMn较低时,去除率则相对较低。光催化可有效地的提升给水处理工艺对污染物的处理效果。未经光催化时,所有常规工艺对UV254的去除率仅为57.3%,但经过后续的光催化氧化单元,UV254的去除率提高到92.0%。此外,光催化氧化对有毒有机物二氯苯酚有较好的处理效果,30 min内光催化氧化对2,4-二氯苯酚去除率约为97.3%,几乎可以达到完全降解。 This paper discussed the experiment purifying the organic contaminated drinking water by fluidized photoeatalytie bed(FPCB). The result showed that the FPCB could get good removal efficiency with the organic pollutants such as CODMn, UV254 and DCP. The removal rate of CODMn was affected considerably by the feed water concentration. When the initial CODMn was high, its removal rate was relative taller. While when CODMn, was low, its removal rate was relatively low. FPCB could effectively improve pollutant removal efficiency. The removal rate of UV2544 was only 57.3% without FPCB, but it could be increased to 92.0% with the follow-up FPCB unit. In addition, the FPCB had better treatment effect to 2 chlorine phenol, and its removal rate was about 97.3% within 30 min, almost could achieve completely degradable.
