摘要
研究采用混合型太阳能干燥器进行污水厂污泥干化研究,研究发现污泥的干燥速率呈2个阶段变化,第1阶段是自由水和间隙水的蒸发,第2阶段是结合水的蒸发,空气流速有助于第1阶段水分的蒸发,冬季干化效果不如夏季,辅以优质热源有助于得到良好的干化效果。
In this study a combination type solar dryer was used for decreasing the moisture content of sewage sludge. The results showed that the drying rate of sludge is changed in two phases by which the first phase is the evaporation of the free water and interstitial water and the second phase is the evaporation of combination water. And the air flow can help water evaporating in the first phase. The effect of drying in winter is worse than the one in summer and combined with high heat can help to get a good drying effect.
