花斑癣型疣状表皮发育不良1例

摘要 临床资料患者男，13岁。颜面、颈部色素减退性扁平皮疹渐增多1年。患者1年前无明显渍因面部出现小米粒至黄豆粒大类圆形色素减退性扁平丘疹，无自觉症状，后皮疹不断增多、扩展至颈项。曾在多家医院就诊，均诊断为花斑癣，予以相关药物系统及外用治疗，无效果。否认家族中有类似病史。体检：T36．3℃，P70次／min，R16次／rain，BP120／78mmHg，一般情况好，系统检查未见其他异常，未触及浅表淋巴结肿大。皮肤科情况：颜面、颈部密集花斑癣样色素减退性扁平皮疹，稍高出皮肤，表面无鳞屑（图1）。初步诊断：（1）花斑癣？（2）白癜风？
