以光致抗蚀剂为记录介质的双光子存储实验 被引量:2

摘要 本文讨论了用双光子吸收方法实现光存储的物理机制 ,并利用飞秒激光在光致抗蚀剂薄膜上进行双光子存储实验 ,测定了光致抗蚀剂的双光子激发阈值和损伤阈值 ,记录了点数据存储图。 In this paper,the principle of the optical storage using two photon absorption method was discussed.The two photon storage experiments are realized by use of the femtosecond laser.A bit image of 'USTC' was recorded on the photoresist film.
