摘要
目的:探讨口腔种植导向模板的数字化设计关键技术。方法:根据医生拟定的术前规划治疗方案,确定口腔种植模板的设计参数和固位形式等设计条件。根据输入数据和设定参数,自动高效地完成口腔种植导向模板的设计,并利用快速成型技术加工模板。结果:应用该方法完成种植导向模板设计,制造模板实物质量稳定,精度较高。结论:本方法可应用于指导国产个性化口腔种植模板设计制作,改变长期依赖进口产品和技术的不利局面,降低计算机辅助种植手术的成本,促进口腔种植治疗的临床应用。
Objective: To discuss and study the key technologies for dental surgical guide digitalized design.Methods: In accordance with the pre-operative planning scheme outlined by the doctor,design parameters and conditions such as forms of retainer were determined.Depending on the data input and parameter setting,the design of surgical guides could be realized automatically and efficiently.Then,surgical guides could be fabricated using rapid prototyping technology.Results: Completed surgical guide designed and manufactured by the method proposed in this paper obtained physical stability and high accuracy.Conclusions: This method provides a useful reference for the design of domestic surgical guides,which has a great significance to change the long-term dependence on technology and product import,reduce the cost of CAD/CAM surgical guides and promote the clincal application of dental implant treatment.
