台盼蓝辅助的小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗过熟期白内障的临床观察

Trypan blue assisted small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation for the hypermature cataract

目的:评价台盼蓝辅助的小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗过熟期白内障的手术要点及临床效果。方法:对56例(58只眼)过熟期白内障行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,手术中使用台盼蓝辅助染色,观察撕囊过程及术后疗效。结果:58只眼中54只眼完成连续环形撕囊,3只眼行截囊术,57只眼植入人工晶体;1只眼行白内障囊内摘除术,未植入人工晶体。术后视力(矫正)均有提高,术后3 d视力>0.3者48只眼(85.1%),术后7 d视力>0.5者53只眼(91.4%)。结论:台盼蓝辅助的小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术对于过熟期白内障安全有效,完成连续环形撕囊是手术的关键。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of trypan blue assisted small incision extracapsular cataract extraction（ECCE） combined with intraocular lens（IOL） implantation for the hypermature cataract and the key points of the operation.Methods： 56 cases（58 eyes） accepted the small incision ECCE＋IOL implantation operation.The trypan blue was used for the capsulorhexis of the cataract.After the surgery,these patients were observed and followed up.Results： 54 eyes finished continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis,and 3 eyes accepted capsulectomy,57 eyes implanted IOL,only 1 eye accepted intracapsular cataract extraction without IOL implantation.The best corrected visual acuity was improved for all patients after the operation.The vision acuity of 48 eyes（85.1%） was above 0.3 three days after operation and 53 eyes（91.4%）above 0.5 seven days after operation.Conclusion： The trypan blue assisted small incision ECCE combined with IOL implantation is safe and effective for treating hypermature cataract,and the key point of the operation is the good skill to finish continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis.
