高校教师心理授权的现状及其对工作绩效的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨高校教师心理授权水平的现状并考察其对工作绩效的影响,采用心理授权及工作绩效量表对185名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果表明:第一,高校教师的心理授权处于中等稍高水平,不同职称教师心理授权水平表现出显著差异。第二,心理授权水平与工作绩效间有密切关系,表现在:心理授权各维度与工作绩效有显著正相关,进一步回归分析表明,心理授权维度中的自我效能和工作意义可以显著正向预测工作绩效。
