腰丛神经阻滞并发双侧阻滞42例临床分析

Clinical analysis in 42 patients with bilateral block in lumbar plexus block

目的分析腰丛神经阻滞麻醉发生双侧阻滞的原因、临床表现及其处理和预防。方法观察42例腰丛神经阻滞并发双侧阻滞前后患者血压、心率、呼吸的变化,观察健侧肢体恢复运动的时间。结果 42例患者并发双侧阻滞后,血压和心率均有不同程度下降,均无明显呼吸困难,健侧肢体恢复运动和感觉时间为40～90min。结论腰丛神经阻滞易并发双侧阻滞,应积极预防,及时处理,以免发生严重后果。

Objective To analyze the reason, clinical manifestations, treatment and prevention of bilateral block in lumbar plexus block anesthesia. Methods The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and respiration of 42 cases with bilateral block in lumbar plexus block were observed, as well as and the recovery time of movement and feeling on the healthy limb. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of 42 patients with bilateral block decreased in varying degrees with no obvious breathing difficulty. The recovery time of movement and feeling on the healthy limb was 40 -90 min. Conclusion The lumbar plexus block complicated with bilateral block should be actively prevented and timely treated so as to avoid serious consequences.
