中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗中的合理用药探讨

目的探讨中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗中的合理用药情况。方法收集、分析2010-2011年我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的相关消耗信息、说明书、病历及2008-2010年上报的17例ADR报表。结果抗肿瘤中药注射剂的不良反应以过敏反应为主,其中以皮肤损伤最多。药品说明书描述不全面,应进行规范、完善。结论中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗中占有重要地位,应正确认识中药注射剂的安全问题,做到辨证施治、合理用药。

Objective To discuss the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection （TCMI） in cancer treatment. Methods The consumption information, manuals and medical records of TCMI＇in cancer treatment in 2010, and 17 cases of ADR reports from 2008 to 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results The main adverse drugs reaction of TCMI was allergic reaction,in which, skin lesions were at the most. The descriptions of drug manuals were not com- prehensive, it should be standardized and completed. Conclusion TCMI plays an important role in cancer treatment. We should understand the safety of TCMI, and make the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and use drugs rationally.
