中医治疗结节性痒疹的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Chinese medicine in treatment of prurigo nodularis

目的探讨中医治疗结节性痒疹的疗效,旨在为结节性痒疹的临床治疗提供指导依据。方法 2010年10月～2012年2月,将我院住院治疗的80例结节性痒疹患者随机分为治疗组(内服+外治)和对照组(龙胆泻肝汤)各40例,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组中无效3例,2例因服药时间长惧药而自动中断治疗,1例继续治疗第2疗程途中痊愈。两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗结节性痒疹疗效确切,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicine in treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods 80 cases of nodular prurigo patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 40 cases, the efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM treatment of nodular prurigo is effective, and worthy of promotion and application.
