摘要 目的评价健康教育对乳腺癌根治术患者术后生存质量的影响。方法将肿瘤外科住院治疗的60例乳腺癌根治术患者根据观察方法的不同随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规随机对症护理;观察组在对照组的基础上着重实施围术期的健康教育干预。结果干预组生理状况、社会及家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注条目以及生活质量总和FACT-B评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预有利于提高乳腺癌根治术患者术后的生存质量,值得推广和应用。 Objective To evaluate the health education of breast cancer surgery patients quality of life impact. Methods Surgical oncology hospitalization in 60 cases of breast cancer patients with radical surgery were randomly divided into intervention group according to the different observation methods and the control group 30 cases. Control group with routine random symptomatic Care; observation group in the control group on the basis of focus on the implementation of health ed- ucation intervention in the perioperative period. Results The intervention group physical condition, social and family status, emotional status, functional status, additional concern entry and quality of life for the sum of the FACT-B scores were sig- nificantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The health education intervention to improve breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative quality of life, worthy of promotion and application.
