糖尿病视网膜病变的健康教育效果观察

Health education for diabetic retinopathy observation

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者的健康教育干预效果。方法选择2009年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的DR患者100例,全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者入院后均按DR的常规护理方法进行护理,观察组在此基础上予以健康教育干预,比较两组患者对DR知识的掌握情况及出院后定期眼科复诊情况,同时对比两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化情况。结果观察组的及格率明显高于对照组,观察组出院后定期眼科复诊率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗前FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c比较差异无显著性,治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c较治疗前显著降低,且观察组较对照组降低更显著,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施健康教育干预,可以提高患者对DR知识的掌握情况,从而积极进行定期眼科复查,有利于疾病的恢复。

Objective To investigate health education intervention for patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012, 100 cases of DR patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases,patients were admitted to hospital according to DR conventional methods of care to ob- serve the group to be health education intervention on this basis, two groups were compared in patients with DR knowledge to grasp the situation and after discharge from regular eye referral situation, simultaneous contrast in the two groups before and after treatment,fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose （2hPG）, glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc） changes. Results The observation group＇s passing rate was significantly higher than the observation group after discharge regular eye referral rate was significantly higher in both groups, the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05 ）,two groups before treatment FPG, 2 hPG, HbAlc, respectively difference in sex, the two groups after treatment of FPG, 2 hPG of HbAlc,respectively,compare, respectively,than before treatment significantly with lower,and the observation group than the control group to reduce even more significantly, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Experimental diabetic retinopathy lesions in patients with the implementation of health education interventions can improve patient DR knowledge to grasp the situation, to actively carry out regular eye review the recovery of the disease.
