B超在妇产科急症中的应用价值

The application value of B type ultrasound for emergent cases in department of gynecology and obstetrics

目的探讨B超在妇产科急症中的应用价值。方法对132例妇科急症患者进行B超检查,对比分析超声诊断和临床诊断。结果 B超对妇科急症的诊断准确率达84.85%。结论 B超在妇产科急症诊断中具有很高的应用价值,如将超声图像和临床病史,特别是月经史、近期宫腔手术史、血尿、HCG检查等进行综合分析,能够显著提升诊断的正确率。

Objective To investigate the application value of B type ultrasound for emergent cases in department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods A total of 132 cases of emergent gynecologic patients were checked with B type ultrasound and the ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical diagnosis were analyzed comparatively. Results The ratio of correct diagnosis with B type ultrasound was 84.85% for emergent cases in department of gynecology and obstetrics. Conclusion There was very high application value for B type ultrasound to diagnose emergent cases in department of gynecology and obstetrics. The accurate rate of diagnosis is promoted if the ultrasonic image and the clinical history is analyzed comprehensively, especially the menstrual history, recent history of uterine cavity operation, hematuria, HCG examination.
