神经症与躁狂症患者的脑电图对比分析

A comparison in EEG characteristics between neurotic and mania patients

目的对比神经症与躁狂症患者的脑电图改变,为疾病的临床诊断提供依据。方法对2009年1月～2012年5月间于我院神经内科就诊的神经症患者和躁狂症患者的脑电图结果进行对比,并进行统计学分析。结果神经症患者脑电图异常率为73.9%,躁狂症患者异常率为66.9%,两组患者临床表现相似。两组患者脑电图的主要异常表现为α波频率、波幅和波形调节不佳及θ波增多,且不规则脑电图中出现δ波活动、θ波弥漫出现、θ波阵发偶现,两组改变比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经症与躁狂症患者脑电图改变无统计学意义,且无特异性,脑电图对两种疾病的鉴别特异性不强,临床辅助诊断价值不大。

Objective To analyze the EEG differences between neurotic and mania patients, and provide a basis for clinical diagnoses. Methods Compared the EEG results of neurotic patients and mania patients from January 2009 to May 2012 in our hospital, and analyzed the statistical significance of both groups. Results The abnormal EEG rate was 73.9% in neurotic patients, and 66.9% in mania patients. The clinical manifestation of two groups were similar, α wave, poor regulation of amplitude and waveform were the main abnormal performance, θ wave mainly increased, mixed with a little 5 wave activities, θ-wave diffusion and paroxysm being noted occasionally. The changes of two groups had no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The EEG changes of neurotic patients and mania patients have no specific and statistical significance, which has not distinctly auxiliaty value in clinical diagnosis.
