机械通气治疗手足口病并神经源性肺水肿54例临床分析

Mechanical ventilation in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease and neurogenic pulmonary edema:clinical analysis of 54 cases

目的探讨机械通气对手足口病并神经源性肺水肿的临床价值。方法回顾性分析治疗的54例手足口病并神经源性肺水肿的临床资料。结果 54例患儿中成功治愈50例,机械通气治疗平均时长40～80 h,平均65 h。除1例患儿入院1 d病情急剧恶化、最终死亡,3例患儿入院后第4天消化道出血、循环衰竭、家属放弃治疗外,均治愈出院。结论机械通气治疗手足口病并神经源性肺水肿,能降低死亡率,是一种安全、有效的辅助治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of mechanical ventilation for treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease and neurogenic pulmonary edema. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 54 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease and neurogenic pulmonary edema. Results Of 54 infant patients, 50 cases were successfully cured, and the average duration of mechanical ventilation was 40-80 hours, with an average of 65 hours; except one child admitted to hospital for one day and deteriorated sharply, and ultimately died, three cases of children admitted to hospital after four days occurred gastrointestinal bleeding, circulatory failure and family abandoned the treatment, the others were all cured. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease and neurogenic pulmonary edema can reduce the mortality, and is a safe, effective adjuvant therapy.
