依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者甲襞微循环、内膜中层厚度、溶血磷脂酸及血流动力学参数的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者甲襞微循环、内膜中层厚度(IMT)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)及血流动力学参数的影响。方法选取2009年11月~2012年2月于北京市顺义区医院进行治疗的66例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用依达拉奉组),每组各33例,然后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、2周的神经功能评分、甲襞微循环指标、IMT、LPA及脑血流指标进行检测及比较。结果观察组治疗1周及2周神经功能评分均低于对照组,甲襞微循环及脑血流指标均优于对照组,IMT、LPA均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者甲襞微循环、IMT、LPA及血流动力学参数的影响较佳,对于改善血供有积极的作用。 Objective To study the influence of Edaravone for the nailfold microcirculation,intima media thickness(IMT),lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) and hemodynamics of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Shunyi Hospital of Beijing City from November 2009 to February 2012 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(routine treatment group) and observation group(Edaravone group),with 33 cases in each group according to random number table,then the neurological scores,nailfold microcirculation,IMT,LPA and hemodynamics of two groups before and after the treatment at first and second week were detected and compared.Results The neurological scores of observation group after the treatment at first and second week were all lower than those of control group,nailfold microcirculation and hemodynamics indexes were all better than those of control group,IMT and LPA were all smaller than those of control group,there were all significant differences(all P 0.05).Conclusion The influence of Edaravone for the nailfold microcirculation,IMT,LPA and hemodynamics of patients with acute cerebral infarction is better,and it plays an active role in improving the blood supply.
