左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利对高血压合并心衰患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Levamlodipine and Enalapril in the treatment of patients with hypertension and heart failure

目的观察左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗高血压合并心衰的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予依那普利,观察组在此基础上予左旋氨氯地平,疗程均为6个月。结果治疗结束后,观察组临床总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组血压、心率及左室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内经(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标均明显改善,与治疗前及对照组同期比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利可有效降低高血压合并心衰患者血压,并对患者心功能具有较好的改善作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Levamlodipine and Enalapril in the treatment of hypertension complicated by heart failure.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group,the control group was treated with Enalapril,the observation group was treated with Levamlodipine for six months on this basis.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.00%）（P 0.05）.The blood pressure,heart rate and the cardiac function indexes such as LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF were significantly improved（P 0.05） compared with those before treatment and the control group.Conclusion Levamlodipine and Enalapril can effectively reduce the blood pressure in patients with hypertension and heart failure,and improve the cardiac function.
