奈替米星与丁胺卡那治疗下呼吸道感染的药理观察与疗效评价

Pharmacological observation and efficacy evaluation of Netilmicin Sulfate and Amikacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

目的研究奈替米星与丁胺卡那治疗下呼吸道感染的药理特点与临床疗效。方法选择下呼吸道感染患者,随机分为给予奈替米星200 mg静脉滴注的观察组和丁胺卡那600 mg静脉滴注的对照组,进行菌种鉴定、细菌敏感性实验、药代动力学分析以及疗效判定。结果观察组对细菌的敏感性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);药物浓度峰值明显高于对照组、达到峰值的时间和半衰期均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率为94.29%,治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奈替米星吸收快,半衰期减短,敏感性高,适用于下呼吸道感染的治疗。

Objective To study pharmacological feature and efficacy evaluation of Netilmicin Sulfate and Amikacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods The patients with lower respiratory tract infections were collected and randomly divided into observation group who were given 200 mg Netilmicin and control group who were given 600 mg Amikacin.Then bacterial sensitivity,pharmacokinetic analysis and curative effect were observed.Results The bacterial sensitivity,peak drug concentrations of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.05）;peak time and half-life were significantly lower than those in control group（P 0.05）;the total effective rate was 94.29%,which was better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Netilmicin Sulfate has rapid absorption,short half-life,high sensitivity,which is suitable for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
