活血化瘀法对原发性高血压病血压及脉搏波传导速度的影响

Effects of atorvastatin on pulse wave velocity and Hypertension in patients with essential hypertension by treatment of activating blood circulation of Chinese herbal medicine

目的观察活血化瘀法对原发性高血压病患者高血压及脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的原发性高血压病患者114例测定基础baPWV,随机分为治疗组56例和硝苯地平控释片组(对照组)58例,其中治疗组给予常规降压药加用复方丹参片治疗,对照组级予硝苯地平控释片等常规西药治疗,疗程均为6个月,疗程结束再次测定baPWV。观察并比较各组治疗前后血压、baPWV变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较治疗前均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后相比治疗组SBP减少明显(P<0 05),两组患者治疗后baPWV较治疗前减少(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比治疗组baPWV降低的程度更加明显(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀法配合常规降压药对原发性高血压患者疗效更佳,同时具有降低ba PWV值,改善动脉硬化的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastat on pulse wave velocity（PWV） and hypertension in essential hypertension.Methods 114 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group（n = 58） and treatment group（n = 56）,each group received regular anti-hypertension treatment,the treatment group were administered orally Compound Salvia Tablets（0.9 g,tid） for six months.Blood pressure and baPWV were examined in all the patients before and after the treatment.Results The levels of SBP and DBP were lower in the two groups after the treatment（P 0.05）,and the decrease degree of SBP of treatemtn group ruduce obviously which compared with the control group（P 0.05）.In addition,baPWV were more decreased after treatment which compared with before treatment in two groups（P 0.05）.However,compared with control group,the degree of decrease on baPWV in treatment group were more（P 0.05）.Conclusion Combined with activating blood circulation of Chinese herbal medicine,antihypertensive drug have an better efficacy,and the activating blood circulation of Chinese herbal medicine can decrease baPWV and improve effects on atherogenic in elderly people with essential hypertension.
