武汉血液集中化检测区域适龄献血健康人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶正常值调查

摘要 目的探讨武汉血液集中化检测区域(武汉市、天门市、鄂州市、仙桃市)适龄献血健康人群餐后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)正常参考值范围。方法以第6次人口普查年龄构成结果为依据,随机抽取武汉市、天门市、鄂州市、仙桃市各年龄段健康献血者4 561名,用速率法测定ALT,统计其正常值,并按性别和年龄进行分组分析。结果武汉血液集中化检测区域男性ALT正常值为4.49~50.65 U/L,女性ALT正常值为4.71~36.07 U/L,男女间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);综合正常参考值为3.33~45.69 U/L。18~20岁组和21~25岁组ALT正常值较低,与其他各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论以调查结果重新建立武汉血液集中化检测区域适龄献血健康人群ALT正常参考值,有利于血液的招募和献血者的保留,并对促进无偿献血工作发展起到十分重要的作用。 Objective To explore the normal value of alanine transferase(ALT) in healthy blood donation population of proper age in Wuhan blood centralized detection area(Wuhan,Tianmen,E'zhou and Xiantao City).Methods Based on the age structure of the sixth population census,a total of 4 561 healthy blood donors with different ages from Wuhan,Tianmen,E'zhou and Xiantao City were randomly sampled.ALT was measured by rate method,then normal values were calculated,and analysis was carried out according to gender and age.Results The normal ALT value was 4.49-50.65 U/L of males and 4.71-36.07 U/L of females,with significant difference between males and females(P 0.05);the overall normal reference value was 3.33-45.69 U/L.The normal ALT values were lower in 18 to 20 years old group and 21 to 25 years old group,which had significant differences with other groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Reestablishment of normal ALT value in healthy donation population of proper age in Wuhan blood centralized detection area is not only conducive to recruit of blood donors and reserve of blood,but also has important significance to promotion of voluntary blood donation.
