珠海、澳门和纽约社区药房医学服务的对比研究

Comparative study of medical service of community pharmacy in Zhuhai,Macao and New York

目的研究中国珠海、中国澳门、美国纽约三地的药房医学服务现状及存在的问题,比较三地药房医学服务的水平,并提出相应建议。方法在中国珠海、中国澳门、美国纽约三地通过半结构化问卷访谈了30名药师和70名消费者,并对访谈结果进行对比分析。结果通过对三地的访谈分析发现,三个地区药房医学服务的水平都不高并且服务种类比较单一,地区差异不大,但消费者和药师之间存在认知差异。结论三地药房可以通过提供一般性的医疗检查服务、传递医学保健知识和开设医疗门诊等服务提高药房医学服务的水平,增强药房的综合竞争力。

Objective To analyze the current situation and existing problems of medical services of pharmacies in Zhuhai,Macao and New York,to compare the level of medical services and make recommendations accordingly.Methods 30 pharmacists and 70 consumers in Zhuhai,Macao and New York were interviewed by semi-structured questionnaire;then the results of interview were summarized.Results Interview analysis of the three regions found that levels of medical services of pharmacy in the three regions were relatively low and types of medical services were relatively simple,no significant difference was found among the three regions,but cognitions between consumers and pharmacists were significant.Conclusion Pharmacies can provide free general medical check-up services,medical knowledge of health care,as well as medical outpatient services to raise the level of medical services and improve their competitiveness.
