临床医学硕士研究生的培养目标是培养精通临床专业知识、临床技能及各种沟通与合作技巧的医学专业人才。对于专业学位的临床医学研究生来说,该培养主要是在临床实践的过程中实施与强化。文章阐述英国毕业后医学教育基础训练计划(foundation program)课程安排及其考核制度的概况,结合我国医学研究生培养的现状,提出完善我国临床医学专业学位硕士研究生临床实践的一些观点。
