Exploration of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment on ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome

卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)作为促排卵助孕治疗较常见的一个并发症,影响了患者促排卵周期的利用率,严重者危及生命。本文从西医、中医的发病机制、临床表现、治疗措施等方面对此疾病进行了综述分析,探讨有效的中西医结合治疗方法。

As a common complication of controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation in assisted reproduction treatment, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome （OHSS） blocks the availability of controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation cycles in patients and it＇s life-threatening in severe cases. This paper reviews OHSS from the aspects of pathogenesis in Chinese and Western medicine, clinical manifestation and treatment measures, to investigate effective Chinese and Western medicine therapeutic methods.
