IL-17、IL-23与IL-6在鼻息肉及相关疾病中的研究现况

摘要 鼻息肉是一种鼻腔及鼻窦黏膜发生病变,表现为极度水肿的炎性肿块。研究认为白细胞介素含量与鼻息肉存在呈正相关,可能在其发展中起重要作用。其中,IL-17是宿主抵抗特殊病原体重要而独特的细胞因子;IL-6可增强和延长NEU作用时间及功能,并可局限化炎症;IL-23是一种维持慢性炎性反应的促炎因子,并且可能与鼻息肉组织中的嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润有关。 Nasal polyps are nasal and paranasal sinus mucosa lesions, characterized by extreme edema and inflammatory mass. Studies suggest that there is a positive correlation between content of interleukin and nasal polyps. Interleukin might play an important role in its development. IL-17 is the host against specific pathogens, cytokines important and unique; IL-6 can enhance and extend the NEU role and function and limitation of inflammation; IL-23 is a pro-inflammatory factor of maintenance of chronic inflammation, and possibly with nasal polyp′s infiltration of eosinophils in the organization concerned.
