参麦清补汤加减治疗43例迟发型带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation of curative effect on Shenmaiqingbu Decoction in the treatment of 43 patients with delayed type of herpes zoster

目的探讨中医扶正补虚法在治疗迟发型带状疱疹中的应用优势。方法将本科2007年4月～2011年3月接诊的84例迟发型带状疱疹随机分成两组。治疗组应用参麦清补汤加减口服至疱疹结痂愈合,症状明显好转为止。对照组应用阿昔洛韦注射剂250mg溶于250mL0.9%氯化钠注射液中静点,每日3次,共用7d,同时加用维生素B110mg、维生素B1225μg,日3次口服,至疱疹结痂愈合,症状明显好转为止。结果治疗组的前驱症状期较对照组明显缩短,病程明显短于对照组,后遗症状的发生率明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参麦清补汤治疗迟发型带状疱疹能够缩短病程,减少后遗症状的发生率。

Objective To investigate the application advantages of the method of strengthening body resistance and supple- menting deficiency of Chinese medicine in the treatment of delayed type of herpes zoster. Methods Eighty four patients with delayed type of herpes zoster admitted to our department from April 2007 to March 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Shenmaiqingbu Decoction to adding or reducing orally, until herpes scab and symptoms were improved significantly. The control group was given 250 mg of Acyclovir Injection soluble in 250 mL of saline, ivgtt, 3 times per day, for 7 days, at the same time, 10 mg of vitamin Bi and 25 p,g of vitamin Bj2 were added, orally, 3 times per day, until herpes scab and symptoms were improved significantly. Results The prodromal stage of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group, the course of disease was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the incidence of sequelae was significantly less than that of control group, there were all statistically significant differences of the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of Shenmaiqingbu Decoction in delayed type of herpes zoster can significantly shorten the course of disease, and reduce the incidence of sequelae.
