摘要
目的介绍针刺加中药辨证分型用药治疗颈椎病的方法和体会。方法针刺颈椎横突外侧缘,并辅以中药辨证分型用药。结果 427例患者中,显效275例,有效138例,无效14例,总有效率为96.7%。结论本疗法能够减少小针刀治疗颈椎病的创伤和疼痛,并提高诊治疗效,也易于被患者所接受。
Objective To introduce methods and experiences of cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Acupuncture cervical transverse process lateral border was supported by the differentiation of syndromes on the traditional Chinese medicine. Results Among 427 cases, 275 cases were markedly effective, 138 cases were effective, and 14 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the trauma and pain under treatment of cervical spondylosis by small needle scalpel, and improve the treatment efficacy. The therapy is easily accepted by patients.
