摘要
目的探讨玉屏风散加减治疗慢性鼻炎的综合疗效。方法选取2009年8月～2011年11月于本院进行治疗的68例慢性鼻炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(西药治疗组)和观察组(玉屏风散加减组),每组各34例。对两组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率及干预前后的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,生存质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散加减对慢性鼻炎综合疗效较佳,且可有效控制复发率及改善患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the comprehensive effect of Yupingfeng powder for chronic rhinitis. Methods Sixty eight patients with chronic rhinitis in our hospital from August 2009 to November 2011 were selected as research object, and randomly divided into control group （Western medicine treatment group） and observation group （Yupingfeng powder group） with 34 cases in each group, then the total effective rate, recurrence rate and quality of life scale before and after the treat- ment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group, indexes of quality of life scale were all higher than those of control group. There were all significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive effect of Yupingfeng pow- der in chronic rhinitis is better, and it can effectively control the recurrence rate and improve the life quality of patients.
