目的探讨标准操作流程在手术护理中的应用。方法在手术护理中应用标准操作流程并比较实施标准操作流程前后手术医生的满意率。结果通过执行标准操作流程,护士手术配合娴熟程度提高,缩短了手术配合时间,手术医生问卷满意率从78.9%上升到93.8%。结论标准操作流程可以使手术室管理工作更加规范、安全、合理,提高护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of the standard operation procedures in the operation of the nursing. Methods In the surgical nursing, standard operation procedure was applied and satisfaction rate of surgery doctors with standard operation procedure was implemented before and after. Results Through implement standard operation procedure, the nursing cooperation skills were improved, and the operative coordination time became shorter, the surgeon satisfaction rate had been raised from 78.9% to 93.8%. Conclusion Standard operating procedure can make the management of operating room more normative, reasonable and safety and improve the quality of nursing, so it deserves to applying extends.
