摘要 动力系统铣刀、磨钻装置在神经外科手术已广泛应用,用铣刀开颅,出血少、骨缘光滑、不用骨蜡止血,骨窗大小形状可根据手术需要制定,避免损伤硬脑膜及脑组织,减少手术创伤;缩短开颅时间,对于高血压脑出血和颅脑损伤患者的抢救赢得宝贵时间,提高手术后生存质量;使一些高难度的肿瘤手术简单化,提高肿瘤手术的质量和效果。外科医生和手术室护士要严格掌握该设备的性能、结构、使用时注意事项和术后保养。 Electric neurosurgical milling and abrasion drill system (Dynamic medical equipment) had been used widespread in neurosurgery operations. With the help of this system, a smaller, smooth Border of Skull windowing, less blood lose can be obtained and the using amount of bone wax was reduced. A simplified and short duration operative procedure of neurosurgery by using this system was benefit for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, fatal brain injury and critical brain tumor. A well treatment effects and post-operation life quality can be attained in complicated intracranial tumors by means of using this system. Neurosurgeons and nurses in operation room must be acquainted with properties, maintenance and manipulations of this system.
