摘要
运用行之有效的激励方法,可以事半功倍。特别是在学校这样一个知识密集型单位,人才济济。如果管理者不懂得激励手段,可能造成人才资源的浪费和人才资源的流失,本文介绍四种激励方法,探索其在学校管理中的应用。
The use of effective incentive can do more with less, particularly in the school such a knowledge-intensive unit with large assembly of talents. If managers do not know the incentives, it may result in the waste and loss of human resources. This article describes four incentive methods to explore its application in the school management.
