89例多发伤的临床诊治分析

Analysis on clinical diagnosis and treatment of 89 patients with multiple traumas

目的探讨多发伤的早期诊断与救治方法。方法对2005年12月～2010年12月在本院救治的89例多发伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果 72例成功挽救其生命,17例及时转送到上一级医院,无一例院内死亡。结论多发伤早期得到准确诊断和及时救治,能够最大限度地减少死亡率和伤残率。

Objective To discuss the early diagnosis and treatment of multiple traumas. Methods Clinical datas of 89 patients with multiple traumas in our hospital from December 2005 to December 2010 were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results Seventy two cases were successful to be saved their life, 17 patients were timely transferred to the next higher level hospital, no one died in hospital. Conclusion Accurate diagnosis and early treatment in time of multiple traumas can reduce mortality and disable rate.
