摘要
目的:探讨透明细胞型肝癌(primary clear cell carcinoma of the liver,PCCCL)的临床病理特点及预后影响因素.方法:对1997-01/2007-03手术治疗的15例PCCCL患者的临床、病理特点及预后因素进行回顾性分析.结果:PCCCL患者的1-,3-,5年的总生存率分别为97%、60%和60%.肿瘤大小是PCCCL患者无瘤生存率的独立预后因素,肿瘤分化是PCCCL患者总生存率的独立预后因素.结论:PCCCL为肝细胞肝癌的一种少见的病理类型.手术切除是PCCCL最佳治疗手段,与文献报道相比,预后好于其他病理类型的HCC.
AIM：To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognostic factors of primary clear cell carcinoma of the liver（PCCCL）.METHODS：The clinical data for 15 PCCCL patients treated by curative resection from January 1997 to March 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS：The 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival（OS） rates of PCCCL patients were 97%,60% and 60%,respectively.Tumor size was an independent risk factor for disease-free survival（DFS） of PCCCL,while tumor differentiation was an independent risk factor for OS of PCCCL.CONCLUSION：PCCCL is an uncommon subtype of HCC,and complete surgical resection is the optimal treatment for PCCCL.The prognosis of PCCCL is better than that of other types of HCC.
