摘要
对一种新型传输线——微带加载插入介质波导 ( M- IDG)进行全波分析 ,首先建立了时域模型 ,用时域有限差分 ( FDTD)法分析其基本特性 ;并将该结构应用于微波宽带部件 ,用 FDTD法仿真计算了两种小型、宽带部件——双端失配器和衰减器 ,工作频带为 0 .5GHz~ 1 8GHz。仿真结果与实验测试结果相比较 ,二者相互吻合 ;分析和实验验证了 M-
It present a full wave analysis of a new kind of transmission line the micro strip loaded inset dielectric guide (M IDG). The model in time domain is established firstly and the characteristics of it are analyzed by FDTD method. Then the structure is applied to microwave components. Two kinds of mini wide band components two end mismatcher and attenuator are implemented by FDTD simulation. The operating band is from 0.5GHz to 18GHz. The results of FDTD computation are in agreement with the experiment data. The fine properties of M IDG structure are verified by analysing and experiment.
