摘要 目的:检测HuR蛋白在胸腺瘤组织中的表达,分析其与胸腺瘤是否发生侵袭邻近器官及组织学分型的关系及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测HuR在50例胸腺瘤组织中的表达。结果:HuR的表达与胸腺瘤是否发生侵袭相关(P<0.05),无侵袭及有侵袭阳性率分别为40.91%及78.57%。HuR的表达与胸腺瘤的组织学分型相关(P<0.05)。结论:HuR在胸腺瘤细胞核中高表达可能参与了胸腺瘤的发生发展过程,有望影响胸腺瘤的术后治疗。 Objective：To detect expression of HuR in different his tologic type of thymoma and investigate its influence on the histologic type and invasiveness.Methods： HuR expression were investigated by immunohistochemical studies.Results： The expression of HuR protein in thymoma was associated with pathologic histological type and invasiveness（P0.05）.Conclusion： Neulear＇s high-expressed HuR possibly participated the procession of the tumogenesis,growth and prognosis of thymoma,which may play a very important role in the therapy after operation.
