膀胱胃肠外间质瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：1

Extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor in bladder(1 case report and literature review)

摘要 目的:探讨胃肠道外间质瘤(extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor,EGIST),尤其是膀胱胃肠外间质瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法:分析1例膀胱胃肠外间质瘤患者的诊治情况,并复习有关文献。结果:患者行膀胱部分切除术,免疫组化结果:CD117(++),诊断为膀胱胃肠外间质瘤。结论:膀胱胃肠外间质瘤临床罕见,无特征性临床表现,需靠免疫组化确诊,以手术切除治疗为主,转移和不能手术治疗者可采取分子靶向治疗。 Objective：To study the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor（EGIST） in bladder.Methods：One case of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor in bladder was presented with review of the literature.Results：The patient underwent partial cystectomy.The tumor cells strongly expressed CD117.Conclusion：Bladder stromal tumor is rare,without particular clinical features,the main therapy is surgery.Unresectable and metastatic cases can be treated with molecular targeted therapy.
