甲状腺癌BRAF突变与分子靶向治疗 被引量：2

摘要 甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌系统的恶性肿瘤,排女性第七位的恶性肿瘤,占全身恶性肿瘤的1%,男性占0.5%,女性占1.5%,近期的流行病学调查显示,在加拿大、美国、欧洲、中国和韩国,其发病率呈上升趋势[1]。甲状腺癌病理类型主要包括乳头状癌、滤泡状癌、髓样癌、未分化癌,乳头状癌和滤泡状癌属分化型甲状腺癌,
