胃癌复发转移相关的血清肿瘤标志物研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 导致胃癌死亡的主要原因是肿瘤的复发转移,近年来发现多项血清肿瘤标志物与胃癌的复发转移有关。本文介绍相关血清肿瘤标志物包括蛋白类、酶类及细胞因子类标志物与胃癌复发转移的相关性,为判断胃癌复发转移及评估预后提供依据。 The mortality rate of gastric cancer was one of the highest of all malignant tumors in our country,one of the major causes was recurrence or metastasis of carcinoma,Recently,the relationship between serum tumor markers and recurrence or metastasis of gastric cancer are reported considerably.This article will introduce the relation between serum tumor markers such as proteins and cytokines and recurrence or metastasis of gastric cancer.Therefore provide theory basis for diagnosing the recurrence or metastasis and evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer.
