摘要 人工髋、膝关节等大关节置换手术几乎逐步替代了各种关节融合性手术，并取得了良好的临床效果。那么对于颈椎椎间盘这种特殊的非滑膜关节性连接，是否可在实现人工椎间盘置换的同时保持颈椎前路椎间隙减压手术的效果，各国学者一直致力于此方面的研究。
