摘要
提出一种面向曲面加工的接触式-激光扫描集成的几何检测方法,对激光扫描点云进行误差分析,确定超差区域,进行重采样;再应用数学形态学骨架线算法规划重采样区域的接触式测头路径。两种测量结果集成,为加工参数的选择提供依据。仿真和实验对该方法进行了验证。
A tactile-laser scanning integration inspection method is proposed. To determine the out of tolerance zone to be resam-pied, error analysis is performed to point cloud derived from scanner. And mathematical morphological skeleton algorithm is applied to plan the optimal probe path in resample zone. Finally, the two data sets are integrated to provide reference to machining parameters determination. The effect is validated by simulation and a blade case study.
