摘要
目的探讨白癜风维医分型与人类白细胞抗原HLA-DQB1等位基因的相关性及对白癜风易感性的影响。方法收集31名到新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔医医院的白癜风患者的全血,并抽取其与31例健康对照者全血作为研究标本,提取DNA,用序列特异性引物法进行等位基因检测,对0303和0602两个基因的PCR产物进行统计分析。结果白癜风患者HLA-DQB1*0303的检出率明显高于对照组,HLA-DQB1*0602的阳性率无显著性差异。结论维吾尔族白癜风患者存在较显著的白癜风易感性,HLA-DQB1基因可能与白癜风遗传易感体质相关。
Objective To discuss the correlation between syndrome typ of uygur medicine vitiligo and HLA HLA-DQB1 alleles, and their effects on susceptibility of extracting DNA, the aUeles were detected by polymerase chain vitiligo. Methods Whole blood of 31 patients with vilitigo in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region medical hospital of the Uighur vitiligo and 31 healthy people were collected as specimen to reaction （PCR） with sequence specific primer（SSP）, statistical analysis were completed included all related factors. Results Positive rate ofHLA-DQB1 ＊ 0303 was found significantly increased in vilitigo patients than that the control group, HLA-DQB 1 ＊ 0602 had an significant differences. Conclusion The Uighur people with vitiligo exist remarkable susceptibility vitiligo, HLA-DQB 1 genes could and genetic susceptible vitiligo related.
